the probelm

2. Creating an exact statement of the problem?

the problem for the us is that we are mainly dependant on non-renewable resources but, we will eventually run out and we need to start cutting down on them but we cant becuase our techonolgy isn't great enough yet to stop using fossil fuel and stuff like that because we wouldnt have enough energy.

    This is good how you identified the problem and told why we cant fix it just yet. I just recommend you throw some numbers in there to really show how much we depend on fossil fuels and how much energy we would have to gather for renewable resources to meet our demand.
